  Ordered the chili cheese fries and the cashier told us they were out of the nacho cheese but that they could do it with shredded cheese instead, so I said that was fine. They ended up charging us extra for the cheese which she casually didn’t mention. The classic double cheeseburger was just okay. The fries are too thin. First and last time I’ll come here.

  Love the food, the fries are amazing and the chili dog is the best around! The staff is great and friendly, But recently someone has changed to music from the 50s and 60s to some pop music, so not quite the same atmosphere, but love the place

  My team came to Freddy’s in Council Bluff, Iowa at 9:10pm and as soon as we arrived on our Charter Bus the ladies in staff locked the door. It states they closed at 10pm, however they denied us entry at 9:14pm. Shortly after manager saw me taking pictures, she decides to post on the door that the lobby was closed; however, there were people sitting down eating. I do not recommend coming to this place.

  Freddys in Council Bluffs Iowa has amazing employees, they are hardworking and very friendly. They have great food. The restaurant is very clean.

  First time to eat here. Ordered the classic combo. Did not care for the fries so next time oil get a different side. Burger was really good. They a line out to the door multiple times so it would seem like they would have both registered y going but they only kept one open. Hot order in reasonable amount of time and price wasn't bad. Played older style music to match the diner theme.
