::Booked two teams of soccer players for a local tournament. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The manager made sure that breakfast was out early to accommodate my teams' early games, which was a great bonus! The rooms and public areas were clean and nicely appointed. Would definitely return if we come back to the area.

::As a loyal Marriott customer and rewards member, I can 100% say this is the worst Marriott and probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The manager at the hotel does not care about the safety or comfort of her guests and is completely not available to help her guests. We arrived on a Saturday and there were no clean towels for the room or the pool and the poor lady at the front desk was running crazy trying to handle the many complaints from guests. Our toilet in our room was broken and at the pool, several guests shared that their toilets did not work properly either. The very nice lady at the front desk called maintenance and the general manager to try and get permission to move us a room with a working toilet and she refused to call back. After calling the 1-800 number the only solution offered was to walk downstairs and use the restroom in the lobby all night. I have made numerous requests for the GM to call and she refuses . The next morning we got up and checked early to get out of this awful hotel and tried to get coffee but the "breakfast" did not even have food to make any type of breakfast or creamer for the coffee. All of the guests were complaining and the employees did not seem to care. If you expect a clean room. clean bed, working toilet and shower along with towels to dry off with, this is not the hotel for you!!! Obviously this is to much to ask for at the Fairfield Inn and Suites nd the customer service is just AWFUL!!!

::I loved my stay at the hotel. It was quiet and quant. I never noticed this hotel before while shoppingin this area. It is convenient to shopping, plenty of restaurant options for different dietary needs, dining in, a quick bite, sweet treats and so much more. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were a few minor issues; addressed them with staff upon check out. The complimentary breakfast was okay. I would have preferred a few more options (different muffin flavors, yogurt with fruit in the bottom, Greek yogurt). I would have preferred the ability to heat my own sandwich. The sausage biscuits become soggy and hard after sitting for a while. Would suggest larger cup options for coffee. During checkin. The gentleman failed to discuss some chargers, and important information with me, he didn't have me review nor sign an important document which explained hotel rules, hotel care and additional expenses. He seamed annoyed and was not attentive to my questions and concerns. He appeared to be rushing me along even though I was the last in line and only person checking in at the moment. The rest of the staff in which I encountered during the rest of my stay were pleasant, helpful, attentive, professional and willing to serve. I would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay again in the near future.

::Clean, super friendly, and great costumer service. I was on business and it had to be at my conference early. I forgot my razor, called down to the front desk late to see if they had any for sale at the market place. No charge, the front desk offer to bring me one whenever I needed it. This is the reason a stay loyal to the Marriott Brand. Thank you for the great service!
