::Stayed down here for Washington DC, but did not want to stay in DC. Easy to get to, great price, and free parking plus breakfast! This was a very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Clifton, were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms were clean, had all of the little extras, and that extra touch of class above the basics. Breakfast was the same; standard fare with variations on each day, but lots of extras, and everything was very good, fresh, and constantly restocked, even though the place was packed, and people seemed to be eating a lot! Getting around was pretty easy; we opted for public transportation the first day, and had no problems getting around. Not a bad trip into DC by car either, so I will definitely be staying here again! Got great value for a very reasonably priced stay, and was very happy!

::Nice staff. Helpful front desk. Good decent room with fridge and microwave. Plenty of parking for free. Pet friendly. Worth every penny. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Very accessible to Washington DC downtown and National Mall. Overall very satisfied with my stay 👍

::The room was located on the back and there was NO traffic noise or noises in the hallways. The queen-size beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The pullout sofa bed was sufficient. The room was spacious. The suite had a microwave, mini refrigerator, kitchen sink and counter, and coffee maker. The free breakfast had ample options- scrambled eggs, biscuits, assorted breads & bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, sausage, potato wedges, cereal-dry/hot, juices, coffee, tea, make your own waffles, etc. Something for everyone. The hotel offered free parking- a plus in a hotel in the DC area. The fitness room was more than adequate- weights, treadmills, trainers, etc. We used the coin washer/dryer one night. That allowed us to pack half as many outfits for our trip as normal. Staff members were all polite and helpful. The common areas were all nice and clean. We were very satisfied with our room and the room rates. The hotel is located about one mile from the Huntington metro station. We parked there and used the Metro transportation to travel into DC to tour the sites/museums. Various places to eat were located within minutes by car of the hotel. We will certainly try to stay here on our next trip to Alexandria/DC area.

::I have zero complaints this hotel was perfect. The person who greeted us at check in was the kindest warmest person ever! I wish I wrote his name down he deserves a raise. Our room (4th floor) was great looks like it's been updated. Breakfast was nice they had waffle makers, sausage, eggs, potatoes cereal etc. I really wasn't expecting such a nice stay at the price we got it for but it was perfect. It's about 15-20 minutes from downtown DC which was great.overall excellent hotel!

::Service provided by each and every individual was impeccable. Reception desk was courteous and with smiles and very helpful. Staff exuded with positive energy. I also witnessed reception desk helping and answering others (a group visiting DC) with the same energy throughout the day when I was passing by. That means they are consistently good! Rooms very super clean. Each staff member was courteous and helpful. I have never seen this before (not just reception desk but everyone, there was exceptional positivity in the environment). I have no conflict of interest and this is an unpaid review. I felt obliged to make a note for the staff to be recognized. Highly (highly) recommended for business or family stay.
