::Nice desk personnel on Thu. dec 29th. @5:00pm. He is a lot better than the desk at Days Inn across the street. Very TLC. The room is good and clean except in the drawer of small desk between beds. It hasn’t been cleaned well. Thanks guys.

::This place was sooo dirty and unsanitary!! I payed for 4 nights through a 3rd party website... asked for a refund after the 1st night, the hotel refused. I ended up moving out to another hotel anyway and pay again, it was that dirty. I wish I could post pictures. Do not stay if you care about your health.

::The rooms are good. The bathroom 🚻 🛁 was dated and could use a renovation. Staff was decent. 🛗 Elevators are older. Ice machine is old, but worked. 🧊🧊🧊

::The 3.6 reviews for this hotel is very underrating. Remember this Is a 2 star hotel. Not the Marriott, not the holiday inn. For a 2 star hotel this place is Top Notch, Dam near amazing. Only cons are the clients time to time with clients not adhering to smoking rules and smoking on the premises. Aside from that the upside is endless! List of pros: - hotel is right next to the highway, a gym, and running trails - most of the bedding and furniture is brand new in most of rooms - the beds and pillows are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE - the staff is extremely nice & they won’t bother you if you if you don’t need house keeping - the rates for the beds are probably the best on the market ( I stayed in a double) - hotel has solid wifi - THEY ALLOW PETS - Rooms are Clean not dirty - AC blows out air that doesn’t smell ! ( if u been in a few hotels before you know this is a gem) - Overall Quiet Trust me fellow review readers, I had stayed here for 2months in 3 different rooms with my family while we were displaced & I had a great experience in all of them. Staff is very accommodating. There was one room they tried to offered us that smelled cause it recently had construction workers occupying it & they relocated us to a better room. When I initially got to the red roof for check-in one the staff members was rude to me I immediately checked them on their behavior & customer service and ever since that moment that staff member was the NICEST staff member during our stay. I’ve done my fair share of 2 star motel hopping & this one is by far the best experience we’ve had in the DMV area! Not once in 2months was their loud music or people on the property &&&& i really enjoyed my stay.

::It was time to check-in but room was not ready. Front desk said that they were fully booked and they are short-staff. The rooms were not clean as tge housekeepers rushing to get the rooms ready. There were still water on the floor, found a cigarette butt on the corner of the room and a long brown hair on the sink.
