  Great customer service. Friendly and professional. Bravo Chase! Keep Up the Good Work. All is good but I recommend 1or 2 more teller windows.

  poor service ,and it come to customer service ,it take two people answer customer.Chase People ,walking and helping atm in chase. People are waiting 2 hours or more. People see thing, they thing about think? poor service, they leave because they open door, they leave. I see thing. we were wait to hours to hours.

  Always long lines. Two windows and always one teller. Largest branch I've been in and it is in an extremely busy area. There is no need for this place to be so slow. There are plenty of workers walking around and standing behind the window. Corporate needs to reorganize this branch.
