  One window working out of 4. Pure descrimination to the bronx population. Will never see this long line for single cashier in manhattan ... Been waiting almost 25 mnts While i am writing this review..and i am not done waiting..

  Worst branch of chase bank ever. Worst customer service. Wait time always 2 hrs or even more

  I like there service, basically there ATM. The representative of the bank is warmth, and helpful. Also there service is best I think! You can earn a $200 gift by opening a new account with direct deposit. If you are be tricky then you can avoid the monthly fee. So I think, this bank is best over NY. Because a lots of ATM in every city.

  Best bank ever, been with them for over 35 years! Great service, the most ATMs all over USA. Private Client service is outstanding!

  Usually i do not like to write negative comments but i just had to mention that i signed in the waiting sheet and after that i had to wait 1hour and 30minutes until i got tired so i left. They need to speed up or have more staff who can handle costumers faster as i noticed there was only one personal banker who was working that day.
