  Every single time, the wait to go downstairs is the worst. It could never be an in and out situation. You need a better system!

  Everytime I visit this branch its been a good experience. As a matter of fact, I love that I never wait long to complete any transaction at this location. The employees are courteous, professional and they've always greeted me with a smile. One thing, I don't like, is their indoor lighting, there should be more especially at a financial institution. And another issue is the inconvenience of finding parking. But there's public transportation by buses Bx36, Bx39, Bx4/4A and the Parkchester Station, number 6 train is close by. So, if your interested in neighborhood banking, this may be a great choice. Lobby hours: ⚬Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 9am-4pm ⚬Thursday 9am-6pm ⚬Saturday 9am-1pm ⚬Sunday: closed

  This is the worst bank you have to wait hours just to see the people that sit at the desk. They have four people working the desk and only one person taking people.There worst then the doctors and the dmv.
