  Terrible customer service, half of the time the CSR's do not know what they are talkin about and the other half they just straight give you false info. In addition to this there is always s problem with the bank in general. I never get my needs or concerns met maybe once where I was so shocked but I'm writing so your company can do better

  Very good customer service. You're treated like family. The lines can be a pain at times.

  Takes moré than 45 minutos to make a deposit, bankers busy cleaning the machines, bills stock, perplejo arguing etc...
