  This bank is horrendous and this is perhaps the worst branch of them all. They put doors on the ATM, just to keep them locked. Hours of operation are soooo inconvenient that people have to wait in line behind 40 or so patrons for basic banking services. There's one sole drive thru ATM that backs up traffic throughout the nearby area. The ATM machines are faulty and they will take your money and not credit it to your account for DAYS. I know crooks that are more trustworthy than this establishment

  This branch is really bad, ATM’s are always closed after hours (what’s the point of having them outside in the first place then..), and the drive thru ATM is constantly full because of the same reason, and it creates traffic on the parking lot. Whenever I need to get some cash after the bank is closed, I always have to go to the one on H street, not really that far away, but really inconvenient and annoying being that I have this one much closer to home

  ** no access ** The entry to the branch is locked out after the branch closes. It was explained to me that vandals and homeless were making for a unsafe situation in the area with ATMs.

  Chase is such a disappointment! ATMs are always closed after office hours and the drive thru atm always has problems and long lines making a mess for other non chase traffic in the parking lot! This Chase management should be held accountable for their lack of care to their customers!
