::This bank will close your account base on believes and personal traditions base on they employees. I want it to cash a cashier check and the bank teller by the name of IRMA GORE. A world class ignorant.refuse to cash a cashier check from other bank due to my balance was lower than the cashier check .and manager come over only yo tell me that my valance from my account will be delivered over by mail and that mu account was close !! This is really bad situation for any one who ask for good customer service

::Iām having an accounting problem with my U.S. Bank Gift Card and after 2 futile attempts to resolve the issue online I appealed in person for help with Mr. Robert Vega at the Chula Vista Branch. He promptly denied the card was a U.S. Bank Gift Card and hence could not help me. Apparently the words āThis card issued by U.S. Bankā on the card meant nothing to him. I protested but to no avail. I then requested an appointment with Branch Manager Claudio Burgin and it was arranged. Later Mr. Burgin called me at home and reiterated the U.S. Bank Gift Card was not theirs, therefore he could do nothing for me. He then advised me to take the issue up the vendor who sold me the card. What an insult, how stupid does Mr. Burgin think I am. How could the vendor of the U.S. Bank Gift Card have any knowledge of the cardās transactions? No wonder U.S. Bank has a āconsumer rating of 1.6 starsā A possible reason for this appalling consumer rating is that U.S. Bank is ā70% owned by the Chinese Governmentā and the Chinese Government probably is not concerned with the quality of retail customer service, but we are!!! They are correct in the sense that they cannot assist with gift cards issued by U.S. Bank. For assistance with your gift card account you will need to call the number on the back of the card and speak with a representative. Kindly, ^Kortnee Dear Kortnee: During the last two weeks I called the number on the back of my U.S. Bank Gift Card many times and spoke with 2 costumer service representatives. Both were unable to resolve the issue. It was Visaās Customer Service suggestion to seek assistance at a U.S. Bank Branch. Unfortunately both Chula Vista Branch Officers, (Vega and Burgin), lied to me by claiming my card was not a U.S. Bank Gift Card, even-tho the words āThis card is issued by U.S. Bankā¦.ā appear on the card. I simply need a listing of the cardās transactions. Kortnee, maybe U can help me.

::This is one of the worst banks around. Usually 1 teller with many people in line. When you do finally get to a teller, they seem rude and short with you. No pride in there job! This bank needs to hire more and better tellers. My company will be taking our business to another bank.

::Update: Ray is a joke. I already said their online system isnāt working and he says to use my online account that doesnāt work. Exactly why this company canāt get it together cause of ppl like Ray. Previous post: a1 1/2 hours wait!!! Every time I go! Insane! Their online system suddenly stopped accepting my car payments just months before the lease is to end and I can purchase my car. Coincidence?! I donāt think so! They make it impossible to pay my car!!!

::That was the worst experiences which I never had with any bank. First! I told the cashier hello how are you? but he didnāt reply to me anything, he just said what did I need help. Second I told him Iām gonna deposit some money to my account, he yelled on me and told me I had to know the exactly number of deposit before I entering any banks. Lastly he counted all my deposit around 1000$ In like 15 minutes. At the end he just told me hey this is my receipt and didnāt say any thing else . The worst person I never seen in my life. But I mean if he didnāt have good day and that was not my problem that he treated me like that.
