I rarely go to this bank on third and K because it’s always busy and park lot sucks. But NOW I will definitely not be going to this bank and I suggest you people go to another one, on June 6 I went to the drive thru ATM because I had my baby in the car I withdrew rent money, and left the other half of the rent and bills in the account WELL, June 7 & 8th what I was told by claims that I was robbed of all my money and left with 1dollar they had one of those fake insert machine on the atm. They should be more aware of there machines outside their facilities checked at least every hour, Never again do I come here or bank with them not I have to wait 90days for a response, just to see if I get my money back, I hope my bills and landlord takes IOUs for 90days.

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would.. the 3rd Ave Chula Vista CA location is not a bank.. it is a building with people who have no customer service experience. They have a slow turn around. This is only 1 teller when there are 15 to 20 people in line. 2 associates behind the desks not helping anyone. 1 bank manager who isn't talking to the customers in line. I need to get $30 in quarters a week to do laundry. They have said for the past 2 years they are on a national coin shortage. The tellers have tried to get me to open a business account if I want more than $20 in quarters. Isn't this why the bank just got sued? For opening accounts that aren't required to open. So the numbers are inflated for their share holders and their valuations make the company more money. You lost a custome.
