::I have been going to 5150 since I was 5 and a half. Now, I’m almost 7. In the beginning, I was nervous and scared to take class, but Sensei Irene is so nice and she made me feel comfortable. ::I joined last summer to get in shape and learn more about kickboxing as a sport. Since then I can say I have tremendously improved and have learned a lot. Great place, wonderful people and amazing instructors! Highly suggest for anyone who needs motivation to get in shape but also have fun while doing it!!!

::Amazing place, amazing people, and an amazing experience! The classes don't just teach martial arts as they also focus on life experiences, positive values, and interaction with others. I have watched my children's confidence level skyrocket in a short amount of time. I strongly recommend 5150.
