  Wasn't a big fan of this place. I took the Shape class which was recommended for me when I called prior. I told them I have no experience with yoga and that I was interested in trying a class. I felt the instructor did absolutely nothing to teach you and just assumed everyone knew what they were doing... (but mentioned at the beginning of the class that there were many new students.) I also feel the yoga studio could have looked a little more presentable. The front desk area was nice and smelled beautiful. And the people were very nice.

  This is a wonderful HOT yoga studio. I have taken the Blaze and Flow classes and LOVED them!! The 3-different instructors I had were fantastic ~ Knowledgeable & kind.

  I am a member of this yoga place for about 6 years now and have not one bad word to say about it. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, fun-spirited, they offer a variety of different classes, the studio is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxed and harmonious. I HIGHLY recommend Fireshaper Nyack Studio to everyone I know and meet. Nicole

  This is by far the worst yoga studio in the area. Terrible management. They have yoga teachers handing check-in and sales at the front desk, while 20+ students trying to check-in buy water, towels etc. Most of the instructors level of yoga knowledge and training is poor. I regret going there and would not recommend it to anyone.
