  THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! IN MY LIFE!!!!! (Every single phone call experience I’ve had with them has been the absolute worst, then people over the phone are rude and zero help, would not recommend using a gift card online, the back orders can be unbearably long... months, which seems like years, when your waiting on something you really want). I would like to add that my local store is great! The internet experience is what I have issues with.

  Williams Sonoma is amazing. I could spend entirely too much money here.

  I love all the stuff they have for the home and kitchen but it's way over priced, best for wedding gifts or the occasional personal treat but you can't stock your kitchen at this cost

  Have been in this store a lot. Bought a lot. Will continue to buy because I like the items. Sometimes I have noticed the women to be very short with people,It depends on who waits on you, To be honest,I think some are rude,and don't have a lot of patience. But I Love the store. I would give the store 5 stars,but only two for how rude they can be. I have even gotten hung up on,but the store is great.
