  I bought an ink cartridge but they would not give me credit for my old one. That's not right. If I buy one, I should get credit on the old one.

  My order pickup was a little slower than I would like but that was a timing issue as two people were already in line in front of me. All went well other than that.

  Good variety of cardstock. Found the color I needed and was able to purchase loose pages rather than a too large package. Perfect for my needs!
