  Went here when they had great deals on some chair. They need to do this often. Customer service is not the best but the deal compensated. However they need to improve on that in order to win more customers.

  I was looking at a product that i was considering buying when a very snobby employee asked me if i needed help. She was looking at me as if myself and my friend were not wanted there and acted like i was going to steal something. I was very offended and left the store. I have never been treated that way before.

  I don't even know how to describe my experience with this store. I agree, the furniture is nice, and the store staff is friendly. But, after purchasing a sofa from them, I went though my own personal nightmare. Not only the sofa was delivered damaged--I have been trying to have it exchanged or returned (I don't care at this point) for the last 3 month. I placed multiple calls to the customer service and visited the store and discussed the matter with the manager Stephanie. Everyone says that "this is the other's department fault". So, it is over three months where I was charged $$$ for a ripped sofa. Everyone, from the customer service to delivery guys and the store manager, everyone delegates the responsibilities. There is too many stores with good sofas to waste time and money on this store. Avoid.

  Over priced but can find deals every now and then. Service was okay. Overall, just okay. IKEA is the way to go.
