  I bought the distressed arabesque rug and the quality was awful. It was so cheaply made! Within 24 hours the rug was covered in little pulls, just from my dog walking over it. I've never had a rug do this, and I've had dogs forever. Not worth the price at all! will never buy from West Elm again. And I find it interesting that their website doesn't allow reviews!

  Love the store, employees were super helpful, however, I was asked for my email address when I was checking out. I was told it was needed for returns. B.S. I immediately got bombarded with sales emails. So far I've unsubscribed twice and I'm still getting several emails a day and I'm assuming they sold my email address, shortly after I gave it to them I started getting tons of spam. I wish they were more honest about why they wanted my email address, makes me think they are shady.
