::Don't be surprised that the employees and managers treat you badly. They're poorly paid and treated. Like the front desk, they make minimum wage while multi-tasking barista. Sounds like sabotaging.

::A gym that feels good to go to. DC, as a theme, is great at offering substandard customer service and experiences, in the spirit of paying more and getting less. VIDA totally runs counter to that. It's simply refreshing.

VIDA takes great pride in member security and we do everything in our power to protect our members while they are in the gym. So far, video security footage at VIDA has been used by DC Police to make 2 arrests related to theft. ::Clean gym with relatively good equipment. The monthly dues are on the high end but you get what you pay for in this case.
