::A great energy here. Wonderful supportive group of women teaching the baby and me yoga classes. We were warmly welcomed as newcomers and felt extremely at home in the baby class full of new mums, where you may have to leave a pose to change a diaper or nurse your wee one. 💜 Anything goes, in true yoga spirit. Have also enjoyed the adult classes. My favorite is an special event, Doga day in Rose Park, where furry friends join for yoga in support of the SCPA. 🐶The studio has a great sense of community service, too.

::Tranquil Space is probably my favorite yoga studio that I have ever been to. While it is not technically hot yoga, the room definitely heats up, since the instructors work you hard. I like that TS yoga is intense, but will not leave you sore the next day, like Baptiste or Bikram. I also love that while most of the yoga is flow, each instructor has their own style, so classes are never too routine. All of the teachers are wonderful, the studio is gorgeous, and I am really happy to be part of the TS community.
