  Small classes, good equipment, touch workouts that are easily modified so you don't have to be as gung ho as the long time regulars

  Nice yoga space that they don't overcrowd by packing in too many reservation spots. Yoga instructor was wonderful - challenging but encouraging and led at a great pace.

  Awesome classes. Every time I go, I know I’m going to get a great workout. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who has worked out for years and loves to be pushed, the instructors tailor the class to your intensity levels and needs. This is my favorite studio in DC.

  Small class with an excellent instructor. Mike gave clear instructions, modifications for those with challenges (TKR) and gave specific praise and encouragement. It was the best reformer class I have ever taken!

  Amazing gym. Great #RefFitFam community. Other patrons are friendly, supportive and encouraging. Instructors are motivating without yelling at you, always helping you dig deeper and ask more of yourself. Programming is well structured and varied. This is not the type of gym to go to if you want to admire yourself in the mirror or find a date. Each class will ask 100% of you and you'll leave happy, exhausted and dripping with sweat.
