  On the last day of our stay the Big guy with Grey hair (about 30 years old though) told us that we “won’t be missed”. This is one of many insults that me and the other 53 students had to take from the management of the hotel. Some of the staff is great, But apparently, 1 guy can ruin it all. Thank you

  Billiard table must be improved... Nothing else. They are mazing! Thanks for all guys! People inside make this place that amazing!

  Very affordable option for downtown living. Lots of college students and very lively. Wouldn’t recommend if you have kids or can’t tolerate noise. Surrounding area is expensive as expected and Ralph’s is a pretty far walk. There is a kitchen and laundry but laundry is a bit annoying sometimes. Visitors must sign in. If you’re a single woman wouldn’t suggest walking around the area at night there are a lot of homeless in the area who are a bit crazy and will follow and harass women.

  Room is okay, except for that only a kitchen sink in room and no basin in bathroom. Too noisy sometimes at night..as if people screaming and smashing doors multiple times. This seems mostly done by residents. That being said, this is not a hotel..more like a dorm/hostel. A lot of students live here with a shared kitchen n all. Although property is said to be smoke free except designated areas, seems people smoke in room. My room was smoke free but so much smoke somehow seems to be coming from the room beside. Location and views were good.
