Nice clean hotel, great customer service! Block away from Little Italy. The only bad comment I have is that I did valet parking and my M.B was all water spot when they returned back.

I loved most of the design, it is reminiscent of a top scale chain of hotels I frequent. The size of the room and the inside hallways though, cannot cover up that it used to be a motel. Decent sheets and linens. REALLY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL STAFF! I love Little Italy, it's a great spot to relax and take a walk, hand in hand with the love of your life. (wink)

Pros: very nice staff, great location as it was downtown and Little Italy, nice restaurant in-house, free shuttle service to and from the airport, really close to the airport. Cons: Inside rooms were dark and the hotel was booked so I had no way to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Those were on the outer sides of the hotel. I had toilet issues. It didn't want to flush on the first try and didn't fill with water when it did flush. The coffee maker didn't work. My first room seemed dingy so I was moved. I should have kept the first one where the toilet was fine. As I said though, the staff tried to accommodate all the cons and I had a great time. I was informed they are remodeling starting with the fifth floor and working their way down. Maybe next time I visit, there will be new flooring and toilets/plumbing.

Highly recommend. Staff is wonderful. View from all floors spectacular. Roof top mixers. Valet and free 1 hour parking for just visiting the Glass Doors. Happy hour 3 to 6.

The views are million dollar and worth every penny. This is my go-to hotel in Little Italy. I adore the proximity to everything I adore. The breakfast is very good and the Glass Door restaurant & bar is great. Drinks, at least a Bloody Mary or Mimosa, would be a great option to purchase in the AM. Take advantage of the outdoor seating on each floor. It's a special experience, especially as the sun is setting.
