  Fully remodelled and very comfortable, just like a new build. Great location, easy to get to the park, little Italy and downtown. Easy access to highways too. Quiet room with balcony, nice little pool friendly staff. Parking was a bit weird, some better signage would be good. Close to some great coffee and donut shops for the morning fix!

  My wife and I had a great experience here. It's close to the Gaslamp Quarter and not too far from Old Town. The rooms were wonderful and clean and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. This is where my wife and I will stay when we come back to visit. The only FYI is that the pool is 3 1/2 feet deep.... All the way around. So if you are looking forward to hanging out by the pool and swimming at night you may be disappointed.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This is a nice place to stay. The location is convenient and not in an overly crowded part of downtown. The rooms appear new and show virtually no sign of use. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. There's also a complementary shuttle to various places, including the airport and zoo. Would stay here again.

  Great hotel!! Easy freeway access and you can pretty much get to anywhere downtown or Balboa Park with a breeze!! When I was there though, there was only 1 elevator working!! So that was a pain in the wazoo!! My boyfriend has been back and said that the other one was fixed!! There is a pretty cool breakfast beginning like at 6am until like 9 or 10am and on the weekends it's open till like 11am!! A very nice array of things to eat!! From eggs and bacon or sausage to pancakes, Quaker Oatmeal Lil packs of Apple and Cinnamon and other assorted flavors, yogurt, and Minute Maid juices!! There are other things like biscuits and gravy and hard boiled eggs, erc.! They also have Happy Hour downstairs in the lobby bar, serving wine and beer from I think Tuesday-Thursday but they may serve on Mondays, I can't remember!! Nice rooms! The one that I was in had a really really small bathroom!! Big shower, but no to much room for doing makeup and hair!! But, overall, the stay was comfortable, convenient and their staff is excellent as they are attentive and accommodating!! Great place to stay! 👍😁😎🤗

  This property appears to have been recently renovated. The decor has a clean modern feel to it. Our room was larger than we expected and had a nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the view of the city. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that we did not receive the wake up call that we were offered and accepted/set when we checked-in. Good thing we also set an alarm on our phones.
