  The hotel was nice but........ There was one employee that was a very nasty person! She is at the front desk her name is Raquel. She was rude from jump street. I have to pull the race card. It seems that we were racially discriminated against. In San Antonio where Hispanics rule. I'm of african descent and I feel that she judged us purely from appearance. She had an attitude from the start. It's a shame that she would judge another minority the way she did. These are pics of the mold in our restroom. This is why we had to leave because we complained. They didn't think we had the right to complain.

  Everything was super nice. It seems to be a new hotel. The rooms were nice, the continental breakfast amazing, and the service was great. The only downside is that we could hear all the traffic and street noise in our room, so we didnt get the best night sleep. Other than that, great experience!

  Cons: Not an indoor pool. Open roof, exposed to elements. Also small pool & compact room. Vallet parking only. $30/day. Pool area needs to be cleaned more often. Pros: walking distance to everything downtown. Clean. Free breakfast. Kitchenette. Vallet staff are prompt and friendly.

  Everything looks really nice and cozy , housekeeping works extremely hard to maintain rooms for all guests. As far as working there my experience was not so great . Staff in laundry area very rude and made it very discouraging to work here . Some Staff in housekeeping were Very unfriendly to work with. I went home discoraged every day which made it extremely difficult to my job .

  Breakfast was not bad, my room was really spacious (though I heard from others that theirs were not). Loved the suite layout as it made it more like home away from home. The fridge size is awesome. Location is actually great because it's right by all of the great sites. Staff was really friendly and there was lots of information on the local area in the lobby. My stay was pretty great.
