  The visit was pleasant but to park in the hotel valet was $42 a day and the next best parking garage is a block away for 3 nights $40. No complimentary breakfast, everything cost, there are no freebies and its quite an expensive high end hotel...met one of the workers and he was very friendly but didn't ask how the stay was. Overall I would visit again because of the location on the river walk but I would make sure to have more funds and be prepared to dish it out here..

  Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Service is great. I would give it 5 stars except for construction noise across the street woke us up at 6:00am. Also valet is way to high. $42.00 per night. Most in area are around $25.00.

  One of the best hotels to stay at in San Antonio! The room is exquisite, service is exceptional, the concierge service is spot on and quick. This hotel has a delicious restaurant located by the river, as well as a bar and a pub next door. Conveniently located on the river; walking distance to several hot spots. Valet took a short while so be sure to request your vehicle at least ten minutes before leaving. Otherwise, great place to stay!

  The hotel itself was nice. Good location right on the river. My only complaint was their policy on bringing coolers. The rule itself is fine, it was the way customer service/security handled it. There was no offer to help us transport the content of the cooler to our room, we were just offered trash bags. So first impressions were less than great. Other than that, it was a fine experience.

  I am in love with this hotel!!! The atmosphere, cleanliness, and customer service were all exceptional. I accidentally booked for the wrong night and Juan went over and beyond to correct my error and make sure my stay was amazing. His customer service and friendly demeanor made what was a frustrating situation into a memorable and enjoyable night. My finance and I were so impressed with the hotel and breakfast we decided to stay another night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will come back ;)
