::Despite ordering a small salad and pasta and specifically asking about the wait time due to my time constraints, I was told it would take about 10 minutes. In order to show my appreciation for a speedy service, I gave a generous tip. However, after 17 minutes (as indicated by my transaction time), I inquired about the status of my order and the cashier argued about the time of my order and failed to provide a timeline for when it would be ready. Meanwhile, other customers who ordered after me were being served. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to request a refund and leave without having my meal.

::Pizza is usually good but inconsistent. Almost always arrives cold after delivery, so I have to reheat it. They use a convenient website for tracking your order for delivery. More concerning, about 50% of the time some of the ingredients are left off the pizza, usually fresh basil. Where’s the fresh basil I ordered?? 9/11/19 update: gave them another try and the chorizo on The Swellesley is *completely* different and bland, making it an entirely different pie (for the worse). I continue to be disappointed due to an *astonishing* level of inconsistency. 3/7/23 update: I’ve tried them several times recently, and the consistency has vastly improved. Improving my rating to 4 stars.

::Visited this location for a quick bite on a Friday evening while out shopping. There were no customers in the place, while Otto (across the street) was packed. Took me less than a minute to see why. First, the good news: the pizza is as delicious as ever, and was served piping hot. The quality of the food may be the only thing keeping this outpost afloat. The condition of the interior was awful. The floor was covered in crumbs, napkins, and spilled liquid, and there was dust in all the corners and along every baseboard. Tables hadn't been wiped down, and the one trash can was overflowing. The rest room was no better, with a large collection of paper towels dropped all around the trash can. It looked like it hadn't been checked for hours by the staff. The standard of service was noticeably lower than the last time I visited (seemed like a completely different crew). Even though I was the only customer, I was called to go pick up my slices, which I've never had to do (a small thing, of course, but a change for the worse among all the other shortcomings). The debris on the floor was finally swept into a sizable pile just before I left. Overall, the space felt uncared for, and I won't be going back to this location anytime soon. (How clean is the kitchen if the public spaces are so neglected?) UCP owners, your customers deserve better.

::Nashville hot chicken tenders were some of the best tenders we’ve gotten around the city. I’ve gotten their pizza a few times from different locations - does the job, easy to order and quick delivery. We like to get a side salad and their garden salad is basic, a little expensive for what you get but again, does the job. Will continue to order, but definitely recommend trying the chicken tenders!

::Nice pizza and tasty. We bought the 18 inch state house pizza with all the meat and stuff in it. It was great with the thin crust. It costed close to 30 bucks but it was not filling. I always get the thick crust pizza but trying a thin crust pizza was great. Wish it had more cheese on it might try it again.
