  I like the baristas here a lot but I face a scenario of having to either ask -- almost every time -- to have my drink remade, or to accept a cappuccino whenever I order a no-foam or low-foam latte. Again, nice baristas, but the amount of foam I get within each beverage is enough to make this place a two-star establishment at best. When you're paying $7+ for a drink and tipping multiple dollars, but only getting about 50% of the drink actually in the cup, over and over again... Really frustrating! I genuinely don't understand why these baristas don't use the foam spoon like every other Starbucks in the country. EDIT: As nice as the owner was, and again, as nice as the baristas are... This just keeps happening. Attaching a new pic of my tall no-foam oatmilk latte. This is a cappucino: half foam. I am going down to 1 star because I was once a former barista myself at a Starbucks for years and I know how easy it is to just use a spoon to hold back foam when someone orders a no-foam latte. This is legitimately robbing customers of 50% of their beverage or more, and it happens almost every single time to this day.

  I’ve had my order incorrectly prepared on occasion (ordering ahead via app.), wrong size, etc. Wednesday, I decided to order a ‘grande’ of my usual order, sadly I still received a ‘tall’ although I paid for the larger drink - as it was ordered and prepaid for via the Starbucks app; and unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak to anybody about this as I had go back to the office. Otherwise they make my custom drink very well most of the time.

  Bought my cold sandwich 8:22am and I asked them to heat it up. It took them 17min to do it. Lady said there were 19 items ahead of me but I came in before the other people came in. Please make sure to serve customers by the order they come in.

  i showed up at 5 am in this cafe and the staff was so friendly and nice to me. they were chatty and engaging even so early in the morning. they served every customer after time the same way. great store atmosphere for 5am.

  I enjoy going to the Coolidge Corner location. Friendly staff and great interaction. Energetic vibes which is good for such an early morning start. My coworker treated me to one of their coffee combos and it was ahhhhmazing. I took a pic and went to Starbucks the next day and did not understand what the name of the drink was. Want to give a big shout out to Tyler for helping me with that and also for remembering my name the name when I came in the next day. Awesome morning crew 🙂
