  Maybe it’s just me. The layout of this particular location is quite confusing and nonintuitive comparatively to the other stores in East Portland. Thankfully the staff is nice.

  This store is so messy. There was a huge pile of clothes on the floor and you have to fight to get thru the isles. Would not recommend this location.

  Good customer service. Always willing to help you find whatever it is your looking for. Defiantly more willing to help.then other targets in vanvouver.
