  I love Macy's. I usually find what I'm looking for. I really like long sleeve blouses. this year the people who design have come up with those big billowy sleeves I hate. I hope they go out of fashion quickly!

  Great selection and prices are affordable if you look for the bargains. I recently purchased multiple pairs of shoes but was not able to find what I was looking for. My salesman referred me to another store to make sure that I left the mall satisfied. Excellent customer service, well done Macy's!!

  Overall a pretty good Macy's. The management must get bonuses for cutting labor costs though, because there's not very many people on the floor if you need some assistance and usually have to wait in line to pay (You think those managers would figure out us ladies are on our lunch hour and add a few more). Got some sass once from an associate but overall the staff are really great and I appreciate them very much.

  I'm a pretty big fan of Macy's in general, and I tend to split my time between the downtown location and this one. But I'll focus in on the specifics of this location now. I have always received exceptional customer service at this store. Most times they have all of their departments staffed pretty well making it easy to find some help or check out. I was in the store earlier this week browsing the bedding department. I found something I wanted to purchase, but couldn't find the correct size. The woman working in the department went to the back and successfully found the item I wanted. She also helped me in recommending something else and even providing a bit of education about sheet materials. The other great thing about Macy's is they usually have some great sales. These sales can be amplified if you have the Macy's credit card. Who doesn't love a good deal? Parking can be easily found if you plan to visit this location. Once you are done shopping in Macy's you can then wander out into the main Lloyd Center mall and shop till you heart's content.

  Horrible customer service at their Lloyd Center location. Their fine jewelry department is the worst. I waited for 15 minutes and so did 3 other people. To top it off the only sales person was beyond rude and snarky. I complained twice to the store, once over the phone and once online. I have yet to speak with a manager, and its been almost 3 weeks. I was promised a callback and resolution within 1 day. I would not recommend them to anyone, and will not be shopping there anymore. Per the other reviews this is a trend with this Macys. Poor service, unfriendly employees, long wait times and poor product selection.
