  A few customers with compliants about Sprint services however staff was very polite helped as much as they coulld.

  They gwt the job done. Its ALWAYS busy here. They can be a little nicer but they handle business

  The customers services is so terrible they don't know what they doing, always make you wait until the finish talk to each other employee.

  What attrocious customer service. I've been a customer with Sprint for 20 years and all I got when I visited the store was a hour wait no deals for my longevity and loyalty and a sales associate by the name of Ashley called me "Bro". To say I was offended is an understatement. I used to be a sales associate and question the training and management of this individual. Please refrain from this store you will be better served going just about anywhere else.

  They have a worthess check in system. An associate asked me to sign in which I did, I steped out to grab something to eat and went back to see that im next in line. Theyre very busy, so i sat for 30 mins. By the time i stood up the store is empty and the associates are on their phones. I slowly walked out while one of the associate just stared. She just saw business walking out of the door.
