::What attrocious customer service. I've been a customer with Sprint for 20 years and all I got when I visited the store was a hour wait no deals for my longevity and loyalty and a sales associate by the name of Ashley called me "Bro". To say I was offended is an understatement. I used to be a sales associate and question the training and management of this individual. Please refrain from this store you will be better served going just about anywhere else.

::They have a worthess check in system. An associate asked me to sign in which I did, I steped out to grab something to eat and went back to see that im next in line. Theyre very busy, so i sat for 30 mins. By the time i stood up the store is empty and the associates are on their phones. I slowly walked out while one of the associate just stared. She just saw business walking out of the door.
