  Horrible. I lost the front insert to my case, my mistake I realize that. called in , left a message with a "sam" never heard back. called in again and basically was told I can't get a replacement part, and did not try and help me out any further. . Been DJ'ing for 20 years and have mostly used SKB cases. With them never had a problem getting replacement parts or prompt service.
