Wonderful place to get your transaction done if you have AT&T. Ask for anyone, from the manager to Dueny, La Shana, etc. They are all great.

I had a few of the common problems as all the other reviewers here. No greet when I walk in, no awareness of it being a sign in process and, lack of customer service from the employees. Then there was Nasi Z. Grey. A retail Sales Consultant. Nasi was very aware that I’ve been in the store for a while because she and another older brown woman were the only two reps actually moving around in the store; Nasi, reassured me that she’ll take good care of me once she had the chance and, she did. This rep was very polite, easy to communicate with, heard the many complaints and concerns I had about my service with AT&T and didn’t make me feel as if their company system had no flaws by protecting them. She acknowledged my concerns and comforted me with the actually truth about the terms and conditions of the offers I was interested in. Not like the call reps I’ve been on the phone with the past three days telling me different information each time I called. Adding a little bit more money or unheard of deals. Complicating my life. Nasi Z.Grey, took great care to make sure all my devices were running smoothly paired together with no hassles. To furfill my command was Nasi’s desire. She introduced ways to better my relationship with AT&T that I knew not of. She gave me the security that AT&T can be a refuge for my cellular and other electronic device which may need any sort of service provider. Nasi, saved the relationship between I and AT&T actually. After those terrible 3 days of negotiations with the telephone reps. Plus, after I calling in two weeks ago that my phone was stolen being told that I was eligible for and upgrade late, then told the upgrade last til the tweentieth and I’m eligible to get them not the day same day I called in but, then told eleven days later after calling in that I had two days left to get the upgrade that I was do for the past 3 months, yet, didn’t know about. Then becoming sick throughout the week I didn’t have a phone and my phone being stolen the afternoon before my birthday. See where I’m going with this? Nasi Z. Grey, gave me confidence to remain with you all At&t. She was like, the friend that knows their friend messed up bad in a relationship and goes and speaks to the victim, the spouse that’s been hurt because she knows how’s destructive it will be for her friends life if their great partner leaves their friend. So they show themselves friendly and put their life on the line, vouching and sharing the worth the spouse carries for their friend, how much the friend loves their spouse and, truly needs them. This is Nasi Z. Grey for AT&T. She’s been there six years and her experience showed itself yesterday. I became comfortable and time didn’t seem to matter. While helping me, she saw time to help another person. Felt with her speedily too. Nasi asked me very politely if she can assist the other person and stated the other person was a police officer coming in for a brief exchange of a iwatch. Nasi, seem to understand the stressful position of our law enforcement and saw the need to be of service for those who are always at service for our communities. I was proud to be a customer of Nasi at that very moment. She multi tasked very well completing the new guest order fast while still giving me assurance that I was being taking care of. This report is being done in the name of community support. When great moments are created by great people who do a service for another. Contributing to the next persons well being no matter what it maybe. Nasi Z. Grey, Retail Sales Consultant for At&t at the Gateway Center mall in Brooklyn New York. Thank you for your service. Shalowom.

I walked in and they only had three workers who were already working with other customers (however all three of the workers say me walk in). No problem however, I waited and I didn't want to interrupt the workers who were helping their customers. I stood close by. 10 minutes had pasted and I still wasn't responded to but the workers were still with their individual customers, still no problem. 5 minutes go by and a new customer comes in and she stands close to me. One of the workers was going to pick something up from the back for her customer, walked passed me and greeted the newer customer instead. After telling the newer customer she will see her after she's done with her current customer, I looked around at the other two workers. Neither acknowledged me and I turned around and left. It's funny because I knew all the workers on the floor saw me and I made eye contact with two of them several times but still I wasn't seen nor asked if I needed help.
