  Don't stay here if you want to check in in a reasonable timeframe. I arrived at 3:15 the day of my reservation. No one answered any of the multiple phone numbers provided. No one was downstairs in the restaurant yet. I had to wait until 5pm for someone to let me into my room. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I spent the entire stay dreading what would happen if I locked my keys in the bathroom or my room since no one would ever answer the phone to help me out. When I left another poor British guy told me he had just waited over 2 hours to be let into his room. When a hotel is generating more than $30,000 (I guess conservatively) a month in revenue you need to hire a person to answer the phone if you the owner go out of town. The whole place is dingy and needs new paint, new furniture (my bed was missing a wheel on the frame so it leaned!) and the) and felt like a cheap college apartment. Pros: great location. Cheap rate. Very clean. Free light breakfast. The sheets were exceptionally soft. Cons: terrible customer experience at checkin. Room was super small (I was in the Mission) that I could barely put my yoga mat on the floor.

  Great place, awesome location. The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a pain lugging our suitcases up the stairs, as we were on the second floor, but everything else was great.

  It’s like home away from home! Great location and kid friendly. We love the open living room vibe, and breakfast goodies to get our day in the city started!

  I loved this place! The rooms were small but had everything we needed and then some. The only extra think I requested were a couple of champagne glasses which were brought up to our room within 5 minutes. The lounge room, open 24 hours, was a perfect place to grab a snack and/or continental breakfast at your convenience and time.. The location couldn't be better. I would highly recommend.

  Room was clean, bed wasn't super comfortable. Not your traditional hotel. No one was there to check in, but they left out a key for me and were quick to answer the phone. They have a nice common space and some simple complimentary breakfast items.
