::My boyfriend got me a promise ring from here and I had it sized it was all good until I had a Dimond fall out then it took them 3 months to let me know they could not fix it and I had to come in and get a new ring for same price or get the same one so I get the same one then I got it back a month later when it should only take 14 business days then it came back dirty and all scratched. So they went to get me a new ring and paid for it so it sent in for sizing came back and had 2 missing Dimonds I have not even worn it yet so they shipped it to get fixed and came back again and another Dimond was missing..😡😡🤬 not a good place to get jewelry!!

::Luckily, they had the tools I needed, the shelves looked like old mother Hubbard. Poor sales person had to argue with the manager on matching their own web price though. Sad.

::This is one of the largest Sears store left on the Portland area. It is located on the Clackamas town center. It is two stories tall. It has a large inventory of products in every department. I was looking for a certain household appliance. The manager was working with me, she told me up front that she was out of her comfort zone. She found another sales personnel that had the answers I needed. Thank you.

::My grandmother purchased this Kenmore Refrigerator from these crooks on the 11/27/17, but did not have this crack appear until 12/7/17. Because it was not reported within 72 hrs, the company refuses to do anything about it. Now my grandmother, who is living off a very small income, is stuck paying for a fridge that is damaged. Any other company would have looked the extenuating circumstances of the issue and saw to it that the customer was satisfied. We WILL NOT be buying from these low-life crooks again!
