  Seriously dont even deserve one star. Can't get anyone to the department that you need. And completely impossible to get someone on the phone.

  I experienced THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life at this location with the parts and service department. I ordered a part and paid extra shipping for it, part never came and a refund was supposed to be issued. 3 weeks later and I AM NOW SENT THE PART AND told my order was never canceled and now I have to wait even longer to get my money back.. I will never be shopping at Sears EVER again. Pathetic excuse of a company/customer service. Just plain horrible.

  I love the merchandise, the sales and the points I always get from them but I swear there's only 2 cashiers open in the whole store, the line is long and moving slow. I can't believe how low only employees they are during the Christmas week.
