  I live in the neighborhood and generally receive good service, but today (4/29/18) was unsettling to say the least. I was checking out and my toddler picked up 2 candy gadgets so I added one to my purchase and the clerk Sherri asked: What about the other one? I responded we’re going to put it back and before I could grab my bag to do so, she asked my toddler directly for the candy, which implied that the she didn’t believe me. I didn’t press the issue since a heavy line was forming. I went to place my things in my car to come back and speak with her directly, but when I entered she had taken off her shoe to show a customer, which was very inappropriate and unsanitary! I’m not sure if Sherri’s behavior was racially discriminatory or plain rude, but I really am expecting Management of the Lake Worth location to address her Code of Conduct immediately.

  This store fell below all expectations, after being told by two different employees that the product I was looking at was clearly marked clearance, I made my way to the counter and was told that the product I was looking at was not correct, after speaking with the manager he made it seem like I was in the wrong for wanting a price to be honored.

  Bought a wedding shower gift. Was offered the complimentary gift wrapping station. Very impressive.
