  My first time at this location. They had some nice styles and friendly employees. There's not much to say being that it's a major department store with a large variety.

  I was looking for a graduation dress yesterday around 1-2 pm and the Michael Kors sales lady would not allow me to take my dress to the Eileen Fisher dressing room where I already had my dressing room started. She was really rude. Then as I was was walking I saw a different area and went to try on more dresses at the mother of bride dress area and the sales lady there opened my dressing room door as I had only my undergarments on to gather two dresses that were left in the dressing room. I went back to Eileen Fisher for my purchase she was so nice I ended up buying 2 dresses for about 250.00 but I will never ever go back to that Dillard’s!!

  Everything is just so well organized and being there is so cool because of how quiet it is. I really love the place.

  The employees that I encountered on 3/5/18 almost brought me to tears by their obvious "tiered" service. I desire no special treatment or attention I may add. started with a sales person asking other patrons to try a fragrance, then stared at us and asked the person behind us. I was hoping to be asked and acknowledged as well. A gentleman began following us around the store from first eye contact on entrance. Then, my daughter started to cry because I wouldn't let her roam around unsupervised (I understand it was disruptive). Tried changing scenery by going to various depts.... I really wanted something from the store because of what I've seen with my sister from Dillard's so I ignored this man. He continued following me on all three levels and in every Dept, all while I continued the try containing my daughter. After about 10-15 min I decided to head out because it was a lost cause. I asked if he needed something? Figured someone had to ask. He says "this is not the place for you, you'll be better served at another store other than here because your daughter is causing lots of disturbance". Thanks sir, out we went and back to MN where customer service is top notch. Hope others had better experience, and compassion if you ever in my situation.

  First time going last week and had a great a decent experience. I loved this store. Great variety but it was hard to get help but when I did get help it was with someone very nice.
