  Tom has exceptional customer service. Not only is he friendly he was extremely helpful and concerned about our needs. We will definitely shop here again if there are more employees like Tom!!!

  Visited BB & B today in search of a new coffee maker. I was assisted by Tom. It was a great experience in that it was so not the norm. Usually I find salespeople to annoyed having to go out of their way to help customers. They don't care about them or their needs. If on commission, they just want the sale...far be it to get them the best deal and or to be honest in their pitch. However, today like i said i was helped willing by Tom. He was engaging, courteous, interested in my needs, answered my questions...in other words...a great experience. Tom should be recognized for his people skills and follow through manner. I will definitely return and be sure to ask for Tom.

  Bought a knife set from Tom a few days ago...He was extremely helpful and was able to sign me up to the "Beyond +" program that allowed me to use a 20% off my purchase. He saved me hundreds of dollars...Thanks again Tom!

  Awesome experience. We had to return an item without receipt. Keri and Tom really went out of the way to explain the replacement item. Even though they were busy we received 1st class treatment. Thanks Guys

  I was greeted warmly and the staff was friendly and helpful. Customer service is important to me and they did a good job.
