I tried their combo kabab. It was dry and overcooked, not fresh. The sitting place is really tiny and pact. Not a recommended place to have good meal.

"Blend" is the word to describe this place, the taste, the take-out ambience, the dishes available on the menu only hint to one thing - lacking depth of flavor ... If you're looking for a quick meal with some ethnic touch, look elsewhere in the neighborhood, like Chicken + Whiskey on 14th or Triple B Fresh at DuPont Circle. Sorry I won't be back.

Delicious! I tried the tomato soup, the goat saag, and mango lassi. I liked it all! The goat was really tender... Just too many bones in it for my liking (it was a little messy to eat). However, I know they keep the bones in for flavor. The soup also had a good flavor and a generous portion for a few bucks. And they deliver for free on GrubHub. I recommend it if you're staying downtown DC.

I don't know what people are talking about regarding portion sizes... for the price it is more than enough. The food was pretty good, we were visiting DC from NY for New Year's, must say I wasn't disappointed. One advice for the owner/chef, with the appetizers, you guy should also provide the tamarind chutney (brown sauce) not just the chili/mint chutney by itself (green chutney). Tandoori chicken was very flavorful and the biryani portions were plentiful. Def worth the price.

Just moved from NYC to DC and was looking for a good Indian place. This is it! The food was excellent, authentic, and well priced. I highly recommend.
