  Food was good and came quickly, great cream soda!! Friendly staff, manager was engaged and created good atmosphere. Will visit again!

  My family and I were in Washington, DC this weekend for a volleyball tournament and we ate dinner here on Saturday night. When we entered there was a black gentleman at the register and he greeted us so friendly and made us feel at home. I wish we could have gotten his name because he's a nice guy! It's so rare in a big city to find a friendly person like him and his customer service was the best. (I feel so strongly about this that I am following up on this and going to write management and corporate. ) The food is another plus! I had the turkey sub called "Hazy Moon" and it's unique flavor was delicious. My son ordered the Italian and said it was excellent. We left and spread the word about how good this place was and other families went as well. We liked it so much that we returned on Monday for lunch before we left the city! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TAYLOR GOURMET!! Your hospitality was the best!!

  Food was good, nothing exceptional, especially considering the over top price. This place is a little too expensive as a sandwich shop.

  Excellent food made quickly with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff who can provide guidance about menu selections. Sit by the window which faces the street for people watching. Ceiling has coolest art installation made entirely of utility buckets.
