  It's hard to determine what was worse. The Uber Eats driver getting lost-- taking 1 hour to find my job which is at the hospital; Or the food?? Both was equally a waste of $18.00.. Because I threw it away. The chicken was dry. The rice was hard & dry. The soda was flat and watered down, which spilled in the plastic bag. No napkins, nor utensils. This Panda Express is the absolute worse. I'll stick to the my location in Maryland. As far as Uber Eats not in DC... That's a No.

  This Panda Express is always really busy so expect at least a 5-10 minute wait. They have very friendly service and their staff is lovely. The food is awesome and it's saved me one too many times from starvation.

  Five stars for the customer service, happiest quick casual chain location in Columbia Heights. Fast but still feel attended to and left with a smile
