::I was not a guest at the hotel. I was a guest of a guest and from what I saw it was very nice hotel. It is a gay Hotel so did you cater to the gay community. clothing optional on the inside.

::the true awesomeness of our stay hit us like a freight train as we spent 20 minutes sweeping snow and scrapping ice off the car when we got home! but really what made RV was not only the beauty and being able to be naked while enjoying the beauty, but it was the very friendly atmosphere and comradery amongst the staff, the residents and the guests. That comradery is certainly what brings people back! as advertised, RV is not a sex club. my husband is very nervous about THOSE settings; he would have been in the room with the door locked if he would have had those uncomfortable vibes. as it was, he even got naked with me in the spa! not being comfortable being naked in public, he never felt awkward by keeping his suit on. Even though not a sex club, there was certainly perv'ing going on and opportunity to play. we found the location very convenient to restaurants, beer breweries and a gym considering it IS Phoenix ..... the room was comfortable with a full size refrigerator and kitchen stocked enough so you didn't feel as if you were camping and had to eat on a paper plate sitting on the bed. the shower's water pressure was awesome! The staff consisted of the owners: Doug and Kenny who were very responsive to requests and comfort. returning to RV for a longer stay is just a matter of time.

::Great private property. It was so nice to be able to lay around the pool. I love Phoenix. It was peaceful and quiet. The property itself is a little dated but the service was great. This was my second time to stay there. I will definitely stay here again.
