A Hampton Inn is a Hampton Inn where ever you are and Phoenix Biltmore is no exception. Clean, comfortable, passable breakfast. The area was quiet and seemed safe. Wasnt worried at all about leaving my car in the lot overnight.

Stayed here for my graduation at gcu. Room was super nice and clean! Spent alot of time at the pool, kids loved it. It was in the center on a great area with resturants and things to do. Breakfast was great, variety of hot food, pastries, bagels and cereal. Would recommend to anyone going in this area!

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Friendly, efficient staff. Call out to Allexandria for her kind smile and helpfulness with arranging transportation. Rooms were clean, large, and well accommodated.

Awful, awful, awful. We still haven't heard back from a report we made about our stay back in December of 2017. Booked 5 nights and left after the first. Our room was back to back to the elevator which was extremely noisy all night & after trying to switch rooms we were told "all rooms are committed". There is no bathroom in the bedroom which was super inconvenience for our two children sleeping in the living area. This detail was very misleading when booking the room. Not a true 'suite'. Also beware our heat was not working right and very noisy (not in a comforting way) but so much so it scared our kids. The lack of customer service and overall poor quality of this hotel will keep me from staying at another Hampton Inn again.

Called hotel around 7pm: “Hey, checking in later tonight and need a rollaway bed. Can we reserve one?” “$15 and just ask at the front desk. We have more than enough” At actual check in: “Oh we are out of those. And you can’t have that in your room anyway” Come on guys - any effort?? This is my third poor Hilton experience in as many months. I think I’m done with this brand finally. Good riddance.
