This hotel needs to be seriously renovated. The carpets need deep cleaning, mattresses need replacing. The front desk staff should be retrained. I recommend you get a good night's rest elsewhere.

I was pleased with my stay until the time came to check out. The staff at the reception desk are polite but not very knowledgeable or helpful. Getting a manager was next to impossible for dispute resolution. It took 3 calls and 2 emailed receipts to get my hotel charges billed to the correct credit card. In the end, they were still unable to provide me with a receipt showing a credit to my account. This kind of experience when traveling for business is frustrating.

Overall I am very happy with the room & price. We booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed. So we comfortably slept 4 Adults and 2 children. Favorite part of my stay was the breakfast. It was the best hotel breakfast I have ever received. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located by the mall. I plan on staying here again, next time I am in the phenix area.

The two room suite I stayed in was very nice. Came in late and needed a couple of wake-up calls...they set them up for me right away. Room was clean and comfortable. All employees were accommodating and friendly.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful environment to stay in. During the day, I'd work from my laptop at one of the community areas. The rooms are very spacious. This was my second trip, which ended up being less enjoyable than the first time. None of the AC worked in the rooms and I found myself having bad sleep because or it being humid and warm in my room. Also, the tub wouldn't shut off completely.
