  Difficult to find and exposed parking. Feels abandoned and security gates are all different entry types keys keypad and no front entry only alley entrance. Various faults and upgrades are beyond necessity.

  Looks like a converted chain hotel. Apparently their marketing department thinks automatically makes them a "boutique" hotel. INMHO, quaint means nore than a new coat of paint & artwork.

  To begin, I must explain that I did not purchase services from a company called Out of Town Stay but rather from the Jameson managed by Pancor Properties at 1301 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014; however, both businesses share the same address so they will receive the same rating. We rented a one bedroom apartment from Pancor for roughly a year and were drawn in by their move in special: we were offered the first month free of charge at the Jameson. The property itself was actually quite nice, but I gave the 1 star rating bc the property management was nonexistent and difficult to get in touch with. For example, for some time, the property trash dumpster was not emptied by whatever trash service Pancor was using: this was not Pancors fault . Where Pancor failed was in their lack of response when we made numerous reports of this problem to them over the course of the following three weeks. During that tie, trash overflowed out of the dumpster and across the parking lot. Glass littered the alley way presenting a dangerous situation. Not to mention it was unsightly and embarrassing. Another reason for the 1 star rating is the way Pancor handled our security deposit refund at the term end of our lease. The deducted nearly a quarter of our deposit. This is not the issue. I do not mind if the company needed a portion to cover additional cleaning or touch up paint or what have you (though we ourselves thoroughly cleaned the property before vacating). I do mind the fact that the company offered absolutely no explanation or response whatsoever for the deduction and instead sent me an envelope containing only the check in my name with no invoice or list of charges. I sent a follow up request for information and was ignored. Very unprofessional.

  No ice machines on site. Hot in rooms till cool off.. Ran out of ice when needed.. Poor place to stay unless it is urgent..
