  Very nice hotel located around many hot spot shops and restaurants. Frank was very accommodating. My room is very clean, cozy, updated and nice. I would stay here again.

  I stay at Marriott hotels because they offer a government rate which leaves all other hotels in the dust. The rooms are ALWAYS perfect and clean. I like the location because it is in the middle of Phoenix and is at a close distance to all the main attractions in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly and offers amazing customer service.

  Kitchen staff is rude and uses leftover eggs from the day before. Management is incompetent and well aware of this. DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH THE RATES.

  Location is great. Rooms are roomy, clean, and well appointed. Service is excellent at every level. Free breakfast is above average. The only minus I'd mention is the tiny closet, in terms of both width and height and depth. It may be adequate for a business traveler or two but ladies aren't going to be able to hang up long dresses properly if you need to wear them to a wedding or a formal party.

  Clean and Wonderful Service! On week 2 now of possibly a 3-week stay and couldn't be happier with this hotel. I even switched hotels and came back. Clean, secure, extremely helpful staff and clean lobby, hallways, parking lot, etc. Great cleaning staff too! Beds are super comfortable. Nice bedding, spacious rooms and decent in-room coffee. Everything was very clean and we'll taken care of. Business center came in handy printing documents. They do have a large free breakfast in the mornings, which I saw many people enjoying (I'm more of a brunch person). Little convenience store came in handy. Close to Banner Hospital and lots of shopping of every kind within blocks or just a mile or two. Easy to find and get to. There is an iHop right across the side street. Parking lot is well lit and I felt safe coming and going at all hours of the night. Couldn't be more pleased!
