  The rooms are dated, carpet has several stains in it, the toilet also had stains and leaked. Furniture was also heavily used. Could definitely do with some shampooed carpets and new upholstery. Also our room only came with privacy curtain did not have black out curtain. Beware because the sun rises quite early in the summer in Arizona. The restaurant puts out a decent breakfast for 8 per adult. Good news is kids eat free. As for dinner or some drinks, you will pay top dollar for better than a fast food joint food. Better to leave the hotel and explore some of the highly rated options near by. They do have a nice volleyball court and playground for kids, and the pool has a nice beach entrance that goes to about 5 feet. No outdoor hot tub. Overall it's nice for a midprice hotel.

  Not bad. Can't beat the price in Midtown, but I was annoyed that they charged for breakfast. This was not clear up front and you don't find out until they give you a breakfast bill. I must admit the quality was better than most hotels free breakfast, but falls short of places like Marriott . In the end the price was reasonable. Less than $6 per person.

  This is a nice hotel with a couple exceptions. There should be a refrigerator in every room. Also, they charge $5.95 for the breakfast buffet which is OK but others give free breakfast. Other than that the place is top notch. There are sleep number beds in the rooms. The pool is very nice as is the rest of the "courtyard" area.

  I spent the weekend as a part of a large group event. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and handled our group fabulously! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was perfect for us. You do have to ask for a refrigerator if you want one in your room though. The grounds were well cared for and provided both shade and sun so the temperatures were just right! Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation weekend!

  Rooms are dated. Not so great area. North east is the nicer areas. Top quality toilet paper. Bed seemed comparable to plywood with a few blankets on top. Not firm, but hard! Breakfast is one of the best for complimentory. Parking garage is to the right of the hotel with signs that say Wyndham. Don't let that fool you, there are no spaces ever to find in that one way narrow corridor. Go to the entrance to the right of that and that will take you up to all the different levels of parking and there's usually plenty of parking.
