Great, quaint place. Near the port if you're hopping on a cruise. What I loved most was that we were able to have them hold our bags after we cruised since we couldn't hop on a plane to home until later in the afternoon. Of course, we overnighted here the evening prior to the cruise and they knew we did but they didn't have to store our bags.

Friendly & Clean All staff (from check in to maid service) were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The view was wonderful. The late checkout was extremely helpful since we did not leave San Diego until 6pm in the evening. A real bonus to be a Marriott 'member'. Thank you! We had an enjoy and easy stay.

Pretty good location near to San Diego Downton. We stayed for a night. Very busy place and being a platinum member of Marriott, we got a corner room, downtown facing at 15th floor. Incredible view of night lights. We walked to the downtown for dinner and had breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Surely a popular hotel to stay when you're in San Diego.

The hotel is beautiful and has great views. Breakfast is also great. However, we were given a handicap room (not sure why) and the shower did not have a threshold. This caused the water to flow onto the bathroom floor and the tile became very slippery. Our 2 year old slipped and hit her head on the floor, the injury could have been very serious and we are thankful it wasn't worse. Our solution was to ask for lots of towels which we spread throughout the bathroom floor.

Lovely rooms, really friendly staff, bright environment, right by the water. Only downfall (in my mind) is that there isnโ€™t a restaurant/bar on site, so it might not be the best place to stay for people who are doing a lot of traveling and just want to eat/have a drink inside the hotel. Otherwise, there are some really great restaurants close by, so if youโ€™re up for exploring, itโ€™s perfect!
