I was pretty new to yoga when I first found this wonderful studio, the friendly and knowledgeable instructors helped me feel comfortable from the beginning. My yoga practice has gotten much better because of Pura Vida and I am ever grateful that I found this peaceful gem nestled in our urban landscape.

::The $2 mat rentals and a 30 day unlimited intro pass for $30 make this a great studio for those of us at conferences. The atmosphere and teachers (and comfortable "warm" (80F) studio) make it stand out as a great vinyasa option regardless. Highly recommended.

::I was traveling for work and purchased the 30 for $30 even though I would only be in town for a week. It is a great deal with the drop in cost being $17. I bought the pass and committed to coming every day. Win-win! The classes are true flow classes with the emphasis on breathing meditation flow (Only went to the Vinyasa Flow classes). Some studios care less about the breathing part and more about the aerobic part. Not this place. Temperature has been spot on, not to hot, not to cool. Great place to practice.

::I started coming to Pura Vida in March 2015 After taking a few random yoga classes. I decided to dive a little deeper in practice and came across this awesome studio. I have taken classes with just about all of the instructors and I love all of them, they each have something different to offer. Everyone is super helpful and nice when it comes to teaching. I tell everyone to try this place out not just for the yoga but for the other workshops they offer . The boutique has lots of useful clothing and yoga related items. Swing by if you're in the neighborhood . I reccomend this studio if you are a beginner like me or a more seasoned yogi...You will fall in Love:) Thank you to all the staff at Pura Vida!

::LOVE this studio! Last week I was on business travel for a convention in San Diego. Stumbled upon this studio a few blocks from the convention hotels. They were so welcoming and helpful to several of us visiting...without mats! I managed to squeeze in 5 classes in 6 days. They offered us a great introductory offer at a super value. I got to take classes from three different teachers - Megan, Heather and Mike....all three were challenging in different ways. I cant wait to return to San Diego to stretch again with the folks at Pura Vida Yoga!
